Terms and Conditions

Please know that you are purchasing Salvaged Barnwood planks and timbers that were milled over 100 years ago that have been exposed to the elements since. Deep texture, cracks, nail holes, and variances in color are all to be expected in each piece!
If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right!
Barns2Home Return Policy:
Returns must be pre-authorized and returned within 2 weeks of delivery. They must be in original condition and packaging. If you would like to request a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with your return.
It is the customer’s responsibility to organize and pay for the return of the product to our warehouse. We recommend that customer returns are shipped via trackable methods as Barns2Home is not responsible for the returned product until it has arrived in our warehouse and we have inspected it for any damage. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be issued after the product has arrived in our warehouse and has been inspected for damage. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer as soon as the refund has been issued which will be within one week of inspection. If you have not received your refund in that time, please email us at email@example.com.
If the returned product is damaged, a photo and damage report will be emailed to the customer. No refunds can be issued for damaged product.
If you notice any damage to your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Do not sign for damaged product or have the freight company note the damage on the bill of lading, as once it is signed for, the product is your property and Barns2Home is no longer responsible for it. Contact us at 720-508-3698. We will replace items that are defective.
If damage is found after delivery, a claim must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. To file a claim, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange product that has been damaged in shipping. We will need pictures of the damage to exchange your product.
Unless an order has been shipped, canceled orders will be refunded within 2 weeks. If a credit card was used, there may be credit card processing fees from your credit card company or bank. If your canceled order has already shipped, the refund will be issued once the product is back in our warehouse. The shipping and return charges cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange item(s) because you would like a different color or product, email us at email@example.com. If it’s within 2 weeks from time of purchase, we will allow you to exchange the product with no restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and you will be charged fees to cover shipping back to you.
